Cà del Vént Franciacorta Brut DOCG
Aspect: Hills of 350/380 m. a.s.l., facing west.
Soils:Calcareous and clay with excellent mineral balance.
Training: Guyot with a density of 7000 plants/he, with yield of 1kg/plant.
Harvest: Manually with boxes, from the middle to the end of August.
Fermentaition and ageing: 80% of the wines that make this Cuvée ferments and matures in stainless-steel vats for 6 months and 20% ferments and matures in small oak casks for 6 months. The wine is then matured for at least 20 months on the yeasts, and a further six months in bottle after the disgorgement.
Manual riddling of 24 days.
Serve in crystal and transparent flutes at 5-8°C.
