A great dry white wine, straw yellow and with pleasant features, it is produced in the hills of Santeramo in Colle. Developed from the name of origin controlled grapes, Gioia del Colle, it is especially good with fish in white sauces, jellied poultry, sea-food salads and fresh cheeses. To be served cool, at 9-11°C
