Why can’t I view your catalogue online?

You need to register with us and be issued with a user name and password with us in order to enter the site. You can do this online by clicking on “register”on the home page.

The wine I am looking for is out of stock, what do I do? 

Due to the small production amounts of our wines, the wine may have sold out, but another vintage may have become available. One of our product managers should have already informed you if this is the case, however, if in doubt, please contact your Product Manager. 

When will my order be delivered?

Your wine will be delivered on your weekly delivery day assigned to you by your product manager.
