Vigneto del Cavaliere, Toscana IGT
The most adventurous wine so far from Fattoria Michi. A third each of Vermentino, Chardonnay and Sauvignon, it has been fermented, and then aged in small barrels for six months. It has a light buttery nose and the palate is beautifully creamy and lightly oaky, with soft acidity and a firm finish. A lovely, rounded textured wine with finely integrated oak.
